About to retire from the military

Have you ever woken up with the need to just get up and go somewhere. Not any destination in particular, just get on the open road and go? Chances are if your reading this then you are wanting… wanting to see something you haven’t before, do something challenging, fill that need for adventure! If you have then your in the right place! My name is Nate Cooper, I am in the process of retiring from the US Army where I served for 24 years culminating as a First Sergeant in Aviation. My goal is to show you how to get up off your ass and move no matter what shape your in. Back in 2019 after I had completed the four river trail in Korea and I was in the shape of my life. had just completed an over 40 physical given a complete bill of health perfect Blood Pressure, perfect weight. A year later things changed…. I had a torn posterior tendon and was off my feet for months.. worst off it was extremely painful to do the thing I lived, cycling… Months of being sedentary destroyed the body.. in December 2020 had me sent to the hospital for uncontrolled hypertension and some heart issues… they are still trying to figure out what’s going on with the heart and there’s still a ton of tests that have to be done, but I am determined…. determined like never before to get healthy and fit again.. My hope is someone who is having trouble with finding the motivation to get out and go will read this story and it will help them get up and go! Everyone over 40 needs an adventure let me show you mine!
